Genuine BMW 2 Air Filter Set R 1300 GS / GSA / R / RS / RT – 13725A72844 x2

The Genuine BMW air filter set 13725A72844 x2 is designed for intake system maintenance on compatible motorcycles within the new BMW R 1300 boxer generation.

This product includes 2 units of BMW air filter 13725A72844, providing the complete pair of filter elements required for replacement on compatible applications.

The filters are designed to trap dust, dirt and other airborne particles from the intake air before they can reach the internal engine components. Keeping both filters in good condition helps maintain appropriate airflow while protecting the engine from contaminants.

With use and mileage, dirt progressively accumulates in the filter elements. They should therefore be inspected and replaced periodically according to the maintenance schedule applicable to the motorcycle.

For motorcycles frequently ridden on trails, off-road terrain, dusty roads or in environments with high levels of airborne particles, more frequent inspection of the air filters may be advisable.

BMW part number 13725A72844 identifies the filter element used in compatible R 1300 applications. This product is supplied as a 2-piece set: 13725A72844 x2.

As Genuine BMW Motorrad air filters, they are particularly suitable for scheduled maintenance where retaining the original intake system configuration with OEM BMW components is preferred.

Air filter replacement can form part of a BMW R 1300 scheduled service, together with engine oil, oil filter, spark plugs and other maintenance components when required.

When replacing the filters, we recommend inspecting and cleaning the air filter housings, intake ducts, mounting areas and sealing surfaces, taking care to prevent dirt from entering the intake system while the filters are removed.

Before purchasing, we recommend verifying BMW part number 13725A72844 against the motorcycle VIN, as exact application may depend on model and production date.
